Lyme Disease: Daily Feels

Keeping daily tabs on how you're feeling is one of the most productive things you can do.  It will help the doctors monitor your progress.  But even more importantly it will give you hope when you feel like nothing is working and you're just spinning your wheels.
Next week I will be adding a blog on how to use EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique to help improve the symptoms you are facing today; as well as how to use positive affirmations to help the body to accept and embrace healing.
